These systems also have a secondary benefit by being useful in cleaning the cylinders interior surface when using an abrasive tumbling media. Lifting cylinders to the horizontal rolling position is eliminated with our near vertical loading tray, and can be even further eased with our optional cylinder ramp. Once loaded, a single start button automates operation of lowering tray, rolling sequence, and return to load/unload. Bi-directional rolling is programmable with a directional control timer.
